Seeley Residence

This project converts an old two-flat apartment building into a single family home for a young couple with two children. The comprehensive rehab included excavating the basement to allow more living space, constructing a new masonry garage with a roof deck and building a modern addition and deck on the rear. The interior’s first floor layout features an open plan that includes a new stair, living and dining spaces, a bright kitchen and powder room. The upstairs bedroom level contains two bedrooms adjacent to a play room, bathroom, laundry and the master suite. The basement level includes additional living space, a studio and workroom.
